Is the Eat24 brand going away?
Yes it is. Following an extensive nationwide brand study conducted after we completed our acquisition of Eat24, we decided to retire the Eat24 brand, given the remarkable similarities between Grubhub and Eat24’s look, feel, and diners. It’s important to us that you experience a smooth transition, so if you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Care team.
When will I no longer be able to use Eat24?
We expect to complete this transition in the next few months and encourage you to start ordering on Grubhub right now! Everything you enjoy on Eat24, including the ordering experience and restaurant selection, is available on Grubhub.
Will all of the restaurants from Eat24 be available on Grubhub?
Yes, a vast majority of the restaurants you’ve ordered from in the past are available on Grubhub. In fact, you’ll see very little difference between the Eat24 and Grubhub user experiences. We’ve worked hard to provide Eat24 diners with access to the same restaurants, recommendations and functionality as Grubhub diners.
I’m a restaurant owner who worked with Eat24. What do I need to do?
Most likely, nothing! Your restaurant should already be listed on both Grubhub and Eat24. If you have any questions, or experience any difficulties, contact our restaurant care team at 877-799-0790 or email them at restaurants@grubhub.com.
I used Eat24 for catering. Can I use Grubhub for catering?
Yes! You can see a list of catering restaurants in your area through the catering tab on the Grubhub homepage or at grubhub.com/catering.
Are there any terms and conditions that apply to concessions I receive during the migration?
Yes! Concessions you receive as part of the migration are for one-time use only. They cannot be combined with other discounts or cash. Your order must be $15, before tax, tip and any delivery fee. These concessions are only valid on personal (non-corporate accounts). Also, your offer is valid for a limited time only. Enter your promo code at grubhub.com/promoterms to see additional restrictions.
I do not want to receive emails from Grubhub. How do I opt out?
We will be sorry to see you go. But, if you no longer wish to receive Grubhub emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any commercial email message. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from commercial email messages but continue to use the Grubhub services, we may still email you non-commercial emails related to your account and your transactions on the Grubhub sites.
