On May 14, SkipTheDishes will no longer be operating in the United States, and you’ll now be able to order all your favorites from Grubhub. SkipTheDishes is excited to continue focusing on building their business and brand in Canada, where they are the market leader in online food delivery.
When is SkipTheDishes transitioning to Grubhub?
SkipTheDishes is transitioning to Grubhub in the U.S.! Starting May 14, you’ll have access to the same great features and services you enjoyed on SkipTheDishes by logging onto Grubhub, but things may look a little different. Will my account login change?
Starting May 14, if you have never signed into Grubhub before, you will be able to sign in to Grubhub using your SkipTheDishes credentials. If you have signed in to Grubhub before, please use your previous Grubhub credentials because your SkipTheDishes credentials will not work on Grubhub.
My SkipTheDishes credentials are not working on Grubhub. What should I do?
Please check that you used the same email address and password from your SkipTheDishes account and that you have not signed up for Grubhub in the past with that email address. If the issue persists, please visit https://www.grubhub.com/help/contact-us.
I forgot my SkipTheDishes password. What should I do?
Please select “Forgot Password” when trying to sign in to Grubhub. Instructions to reset your password will then be sent to you. If you have any further questions, please visit https://www.grubhub.com/help/contact-us.
How will my account information be used by Grubhub?
Once you sign in to Grubhub, your account information and all other information that you submit will become subject to the Grubhub Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please review carefully. If you do not wish Grubhub to retain your SkipTheDishes account information, or want to unsubscribe from emails please visit https://www.grubhub.com/help/contact-us.
What if I have remaining Skip credits in my account?
Any credit you currently have will remain in your SkipTheDishes account and can be applied to future purchases until May 14. After that date, keep an eye out for an email from Grubhub on or around May 21 for ways to redeem Skip Credits with Grubhub. All remaining Skip Credits will be converted to a Grubhub equivalent in Grubhub egift card value subject to applicable terms. How do I find out about my current Skip Credit balance?
After May 14, your Skip Credits will not be available for use through the SkipTheDishes site and app in the U.S., and Grubhub will send you an email with your egift card details if you have remaining Skip Credits.
Will my account history from SkipTheDishes be reflected within my preferences on Grubhub?
If you have an existing Grubhub account, your SkipTheDishes account history will not be reflected on Grubhub. If you have never signed up for Grubhub and you sign in using your SkipTheDishes credentials, your SkipTheDishes account history including address, payment methods, etc. will be reflected within your new Grubhub account. I do not want to receive emails from Grubhub. How do I opt out?
We will be sorry to see you go, but if you no longer wish to receive Grubhub emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Grubhub commercial email message. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from Grubhub commercial email messages, we may still email you non-commercial emails related to your account and your transactions on the Grubhub sites.
